What is the Roundup?
The Rocky Mountain International Roundup provides an opportunity for businesses, destinations and attractions within the region to meet face-to-face with targeted tour operators from Europe, Scandinavia and Australia who specifically want to do business in South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming and Idaho. It is a low-cost and highly efficient way for local suppliers to meet with international tour operators and a small number of US–based receptive operators. The Roundup is designed not only for suppliers who are currently operating internationally, but also especially for those who want to test the waters at a cost-effective price in an environment where they'll get the opportunity to promote their product and do business one-on-one. The Roundup concept has been extremely well received by both buyers and suppliers. Most participants have indicated that they would attend again. Real business is generated at each Roundup site – room nights are booked, packages are included in foreign tour brochures, and deals are negotiated.
Expo 2012 Vendor Registration
This year is the Ninth Annual Small Business Expo and it will be held on March 30th and 31st at the Johnson County Fairgrounds. Space is limited and deadlines are approaching fast so get registered for the Best Little Expo in Wyoming!
The Johnson County Small Business Expo is an avenue for small and/or home-based businesses to market their business and products and to provide a networking opportunity for business to business and business to customer relations. The Expo is a chance for small businesses to get their name out to the community and promote shopping locally.

9:00am Doors open for set-up (must be finished by 2:00pm–no exceptions), Set Up Friday Only
12:30-1:45pm Lunch Available (self serve)
1:45-2:00pm Vendor Meeting (mandatory)
2:00-3:00pm Vendor Networking Event
3:00pm Doors open to public
5:00-7:00pm Business After Hours
6:45pm Prize Drawings
7:00pm Doors Close to Public – Vendor /Sponsor/Business Networking After Expo
Saturday, March 31st
8:00am Doors Open For Vendors

2:30pm Prize Drawings
3:00pm Break-Down (NOT BEFORE)
REGISTRATION FEES/DEADLINES:
Complete package with check must be received for registration and booth assignment.
Early Bird Registration $70 Must be received by 1/30/12
Regular Registration $90 Must be received by 2/13/12
Procrastinator Registration $100 Must be received by 3/5/12
CANCELLATIONS: No refunds for cancellations after Friday March 9th, 2012!
