Event: 3rd Annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser
Description: The Bread of Life Food Pantry, in partnership with Potters' Depot, will hold its Empty Bowl Fundraiser from 11am to 2pm at the Catholic Rec Hall. Enjoy good food and music by the Occidental Jammers. All proceeds benefit the Bread of Life Food Pantry. The concept is simple - for a suggested minimum donation of $25.00 to the Food Pantry, participants in the funraiser can select a specially handcrafted bowl to be filled with one of several soups to be prepared by local Buffalo churches. After the soup, desserts, and beverages have been consumed, the donors keep their one-of-a-kind bowl as a reminder of all the other empty bowls in the world and in our local community.
