Event: Powder River Sno Buffs Raffle
Description: $100 will give you a chance to win a 2009 Joyner Trooper UTV. Only 200 Tickets will be sold. The drawing will be held at 8am and announced on KLGT 92.9. Proceeds will go to building a new warming hut on web creek. The current warming hut will be moved to W. Tensleep Lake. You can view the Joyner in the parking lot of Elmer Power Sports, 178 N. Join Instructor, Dave Stoetzel, to explore the "how to's" and "what for's" of digital photography. Learn about composition, getting the best exposure and which lens to use for which task as well as how to get your camera off "automatic" and begin taking control of your image making. In addition, students will learn about argaizing digital images on the computer and editing techniques using Photoshop Element 7.
